Samuel Grant Packaging are delighted to have been shortlisted for the upcoming Made in Yorkshire Awards.

We received nominations in the Digital Engineering/Technology Award category in honour of our Queen’s Award-winning Samson Nano pallet wrapping system. Winners will be revealed at a black-tie ceremony attended by Yorkshire business leaders at the Hilton hotel in Leeds on March 7th.

The Made in Yorkshire event is attended by representatives from the country’s most innovative and successful manufacturers, ranging from SMEs to multi-nationals. Now in their seventh year, the awards are a celebration of all that’s great about manufacturing and shine a light on the region’s most innovative and dynamic manufacturers.

The Digital Engineering/Technology Award is awarded to the company that has best used or developed software, technology or technical processes to solve problems or add value for customers. Our Samson Nano was shortlisted due to its innovative and unique inbuilt internet-linked reporting software, which allows clients to monitor their pallet wrapping operation for issues or seasonal peaks.

We’re looking forward to a great night, fingers crossed for a successful one!
