The FoamPlus foam-in-a-bag system creates molded cushions on demand, forming a perfect fit around any product. With extremely high impact resistance, the foam-filled cushions are lightweight and provide custome protection for your product.

FoamPlus Bag Packer - The machine is capable of providing 23 foam-filled bags per minute at just a push of a button. The in-built programmable timer is designed to reduce any wastage. The gun is self-cleaning and along with a robust design, helps keep machinemaintence to a minimum.

Components - The two-part system is provided in a liquid form. Diphenylmethane di-isocyanate (Component A), and a saponified polyol mixture (Component B). These react together to form a (H)CFC-free polyurethane packahing foam.

The film is specifically developed for use with the FoamPlus system, and is available in standard and antistatic. Available in a range of widths dependent upon the application.

The gun features a self-cleaning mixing chamber.
